Role overview
As Team Lead - Sales (US Market), you'll spearhead our sales operations targeting US K12 schools, districts,
and homeschool networks. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll build and mentor a high-performing team to
achieve ambitious revenue targets, leveraging your deep K12 domain expertise and proven US market
success. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed sales team focused on the dynamic US market.
● Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to US regions aligned with BrightChamps’ mission
to deliver interactive coding and AI education globally.
● Set and track sales targets and KPIs based on US market
● Oversee pipeline management, CRM usage, and sales reporting for US markets
● Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and passion for BrightChamps’ mission to empower
the next generation of tech leaders among your team
Requirements
● 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in team leadership, ideally in international or global
sales.
● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams across cultures.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
Multilingual skills relevant to target US markets are a plus
● Experience using CRM tools and analytics to drive data-informed decisions
