Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Teshie. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive product demand, and support sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning campaigns, managing social media and digital channels, coordinating content creation, and overseeing brand messaging across all platforms. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer insights, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams. The Marketing Manager will also cultivate partnerships, organize promotional events, and ensure consistent representation of Nurtureholiks’ values in all marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, including experience in brand positioning and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing to drive online engagement and sales.
  • Experience with copywriting, content creation, and basic graphic design or coordination with creative teams.
  • Ability to use marketing analytics tools to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven organizational and project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer products marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working on-site in Teshie and collaborating directly with local teams and partners.
