Role Description The Talent Acquisition Associate internship is an on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting in hiring decisions across various functions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants and hiring managers, posting job openings, scheduling interview rounds, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves contributing to recruitment reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with the HR team to streamline hiring processes. This internship provides hands-on exposure to talent acquisition in a fast-paced edtech environment, with opportunities to learn and contribute to scalable hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with an understanding of sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Experience or interest in Hiring activities, including coordinating offers, onboarding support, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to engage candidates effectively and assess role fit.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Coursework or prior internship experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Interest in the edtech sector and a passion for contributing to a mission-driven, fast-growing organization.
