What You'll Do
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in helping businesses connect with potential customers and generate new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers across multiple industries
- Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and sales teams
- Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting and productivity goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality
Qualifications
Required
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Technical Requirements
- Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent)
- Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps
- Backup internet connection
- Backup computer or device available in case of technical issues
Preferred
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, customer service, telemarketing, virtual assistance, or outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms
