What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in helping businesses connect with potential customers and generate new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and sales teams
  • Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting and productivity goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Technical Requirements

  • Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent)
  • Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps
  • Backup internet connection
  • Backup computer or device available in case of technical issues

Preferred

  • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, customer service, telemarketing, virtual assistance, or outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms
