Compounding Project Especialist

Your Tasks

We are looking for a Manufacturing Projects Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation by optimizing processes, costs, and operational performance.

This role is responsible for managing the department budget, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting the implementation of MANEX (Lean Manufacturing) tools, coordinating training initiatives, and leading projects focused on reducing waste, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, service, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the manufacturing department budget.
• Prepare performance reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate purchase orders and manage indirect materials for the operation.
• Support the implementation of MANEX (Lean Manufacturing) methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Collaborate with the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy and transparency.
• Analyze operational performance and lead projects to reduce waste, costs, and process losses.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing area.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing and controlling departmental budgets.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or MANEX is highly desirable.
