Position: Purchasing Assistant Specialist
We are looking for a new graduate or an early-career candidate to be trained and developed within our Purchasing Department.
The person in this position will actively support purchasing operations, supplier communication, quotation collection, price comparison, purchase order follow-up, ERP data entry, purchasing documentation, and coordination with related departments.
General Qualifications
Graduated from relevant university departments, preferably Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields,
New graduate or candidate with limited experience in purchasing / supply chain processes,
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
Good follow-up and organizational skills,
Good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel,
Willingness to work with ERP systems,
Good command of English,
Open to learning, responsible, and a good team player,
Motivated to develop a career in purchasing, supply chain, production planning, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
Support supplier research and evaluation processes,
Collect quotations, prepare price comparisons, and follow up purchasing orders,
Enter approved purchase orders into the ERP system and keep records up to date,
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery dates, prices, lead times, and required documentation,
Work in coordination with production, planning, warehouse, quality, and finance departments,
Follow up purchasing documents, supplier information, and related records regularly,
Support the timely and accurate supply of material needs,
Contribute to departmental reports and data analysis activities.
