Position Summary
As an HR Long Term Intern at Straumann Group, you will be more than an intern. You will become an active member of our HR team, gaining end-to-end exposure to the employee lifecycle and contributing to projects that shape employee experience and organizational growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across all major HR areas, including HR Shared Services, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Employee Experience, and HR Projects within a dynamic and international healthcare organization.
What You Will Experience
You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle and contribute to initiatives in:
- Support HR Shared Services by maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with HR documentation and administrative processes.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Support Learning & Development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing training records, tracking participation, and assisting with learning logistics.
- Provide administrative support for HRBP initiatives, including employee engagement activities, internal communications, performance management cycles, and organizational projects.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations by transforming HR data into meaningful insights.
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives that shape the future of HR.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and actively contribute ideas to improve employee experience.
Responsibilities may vary by location (Istanbul&Ankara), with some roles having a stronger focus on HR Shared Services and employee administration.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is a 3rd or 4th year university student or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
- Available to work at least 3 days per week,
- Has a good command of English and Turkish,
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
- Is comfortable working with data and digital tools,
- Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn,
- Enjoys collaborating with people and building relationships,
- Takes initiative and is willing to go beyond assigned tasks.
