Role Description The Account Manager role at Howdy Workshop is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include briefing internal teams, coordinating creative and production workflows, preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring budgets, and reporting on campaign performance. The Account Manager will also support new business opportunities, gather client feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client servicing or account management in a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
  • Strong project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple campaigns or projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comfort working with creative, design, and production teams, and understanding basic marketing and branding concepts.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
  • Ability to work on-site in Kowloon, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Hong Kong market and fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
