Your Role:
- Assist the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, and engaging with candidates at various stages of the hiring process
- Enhance the onboarding experience by organizing and facilitating orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
- Contribute to HR analytics by preparing insightful reports and supporting data-driven decision-making in areas such as employee engagement, turnover, and recruitment effectiveness
- Drive employer branding initiatives by researching best practices and supporting the development of innovative campaigns to attract top talent
- Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business needs
Your Profile:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student
- Strong interest in developing a strategic career in Human Resources
- Ability to commit to three days a week
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Based in Istanbul
