Technical Support Engineer
You will be responsible for handling technical enquiries, offering expert guidance on product applications, and resolving issues independently. You will support internal teams through training and coordination while ensuring high-quality customer service. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing for technical support in various initiatives.
Your job:
- Provide quick and accurate technical support for the entire product range to customers
- Advise customers on the use of components and systems across a wide range of applications and industries
- Independently handle technical queries and problems related to the full product range
- Conduct specific technical training sessions and continuously build and update technical support knowledge
- Prepare regular reports on response time, types of enquiries, and development plans
- Enhance the technical competency of the team based on current market requirements
- Work closely with the Sales, CTS, and DIS teams
- Communicate frequently with the Sales team to provide technical support
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to offer technical support for roadshows, exhibitions, and brochure reviews
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 3-5 Years of experience in PLC &HMI programming, Servo motor & Actuators, Sensors, instruments, Electro Pneumatics.
- Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge
