Ansell is looking for a Intern, IT to join our team in Melaka, Malaysia.
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT and Business Applications team in managing system changes, documentation, and implementation activities. You will gain hands-on exposure to system validation processes, business analysis, and cross-functional project coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibility: -
- Assist in the administration and tracking of System Change Requests (SCR) and Problem Reports.
- Support the team in conducting business analysis of user requirements and system needs.
- Ensure IT system activities align with the Ansell Software Validation Master Plan under supervision.
- Assist in the coordination of software releases in line with global schedules and timelines
- Participate in business application implementation projects, including testing and user support.
- Support the team in conducting user training sessions, workshops, and system walkthroughs.
- Maintain awareness of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements and ensure compliance in daily tasks.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and housekeeping standards for IT processes and records.
- Follow all company rules, procedures, and guidelines, including disciplinary and compliance requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.

What you will bring?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, or system documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
