Carter Murray is excited to be working with a luxury client on the hiring of a Head of Marketing for a Dubai based opportunity.
The role requires someone who has experience in the luxury or hospitality sector and is used to being in a client-facing role and has extensive experience in the UAE.
Role Responsibilities
Marketing & Leadership
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing function, ensuring strong performance and delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to drive lead generation and growth.
- Monitor performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
Brand & Campaign Management
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Oversee production of marketing materials and digital assets.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, tracking ROI and effectiveness.
Digital & PR
- Manage digital marketing (social, email, website, SEO/SEM, content).
- Develop content strategy and ensure online presence remains current.
- Lead PR activities, media relations, and reputation management.
Events & Research
- Plan and deliver events, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Budget & Collaboration
- Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role, including strategy development, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to deliver successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and commercial outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content development, analytics, and online platforms.
- Experience managing events, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives.
- Experience working with external agencies and service providers.
- Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
