Carter Murray is excited to be working with a luxury client on the hiring of a Head of Marketing for a Dubai based opportunity.

The role requires someone who has experience in the luxury or hospitality sector and is used to being in a client-facing role and has extensive experience in the UAE.

Role Responsibilities

Marketing & Leadership

  • Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing function, ensuring strong performance and delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to drive lead generation and growth.
  • Monitor performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, tracking ROI and effectiveness.

Digital & PR

  • Manage digital marketing (social, email, website, SEO/SEM, content).
  • Develop content strategy and ensure online presence remains current.
  • Lead PR activities, media relations, and reputation management.

Events & Research

  • Plan and deliver events, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Budget & Collaboration

  • Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role, including strategy development, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content development, analytics, and online platforms.
  • Experience managing events, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working with external agencies and service providers.
  • Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
