Key Accountabilities
- Full-cycle recruiting: Source, qualify, and place candidates across multiple construction verticals
- Client delivery: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent
- Pipeline development: Build and maintain a strong network of construction professionals nationwide
- Candidate engagement: Conduct outreach, screening, and relationship management with high-quality candidates
- Search execution: Manage multiple active searches simultaneously with urgency and precision
- Market intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity
- Revenue generation: Drive placements and maximize earnings through consistent performance and follow-through
- Process discipline: Maintain structured workflows, CRM activity, and communication cadence
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years experience in one of the following:
- Agency recruiting (full desk or delivery-focused)
- Corporate recruiting within a construction company
- Contract recruiting experience
- Strong network within one or more of the following sectors:
- Commercial construction
- Industrial / manufacturing
- Data centers / mission-critical
- Multifamily
- Residential construction
- Proven ability to drive results and close placements
- Demonstrated grit, resilience, and a competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly disciplined, structured, and self-motivated
- Comfortable operating in a 100% commission-based environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to earn at a high level

- Consistently managing and closing multiple searches (2 per month)
- Building a strong personal brand and network within construction
- Leveraging Hirewell’s platform to maximize production
