About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience supporting clients in various industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and calendars for clients.
  • Handling email correspondence, inquiries, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Supporting social media management and content scheduling as needed.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries efficiently.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations upon request.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
