Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage one or more moderately complex projects while planning and performing analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. This position will be a contract and remote.
Required
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management, AI/ML, or software development environments
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading discussions across technical and business stakeholders
- Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams
- Ability to manage change and drive adoption in evolving environments
- Experience working directly with AI development teams and a strong understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI and large language models, data handling and preparation (both structured and unstructured), API integration with enterprise systems, model evaluation and optimization, and responsible AI practices including privacy, security, and ethical usage
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning, particularly in AI and digital transformation
