Chief Technology Officer
A founder-led digital health company is seeking a visionary, hands-on Chief Technology Officer to help build a best-in-class personalized health platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will shape technology strategy, strengthen engineering execution, and integrate AI, data, analytics, and patient experiences into a scalable platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the company’s technology, platform, data, and AI strategy.
- Translate the founder’s vision into a disciplined product and engineering roadmap.
- Scale architecture, infrastructure, security, and development processes.
- Lead and mentor the existing engineering organization.
- Partner with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Ideal Profile
- Technology leadership experience within digital health, healthcare SaaS, or consumer platforms.
- Strong expertise in AI, data platforms, cloud architecture, and scalable applications.
- Able to operate strategically while remaining technically credible and hands-on.
- Proven engineering team builder and mentor.
- Collaborative founder partner who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
