- 1+ years of experience in client-facing or technical communication roles
- Bilingual Proficiency (English/Korean): Exceptional ability to communicate with international clients in English, combined with proficiency in Korean for internal documentation and team collaboration.
- Communication and Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to rapidly synthesize client requirements and provide clear, effective resolutions to technical problems.
- Commitment to Process Improvement: Proven experience in structuring documentation or proposing solutions for recurring operational issues.
