💡 What You’ll Do

  • Address and resolve complex technical inquiries from international clients with precision, ensuring seamless and professional communication.
  • Maintain high standards of service by leveraging comprehensive internal documentation, developer guides, and proprietary resources.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of product functionality to logically diagnose technical issues and deliver robust, data-driven solutions.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and proactively contribute to the refinement of support protocols, internal knowledge bases, and product enhancement initiatives.

💡 We’re looking for talents with

  • 1+ years of experience in client-facing or technical communication roles
  • Bilingual Proficiency (English/Korean): Exceptional ability to communicate with international clients in English, combined with proficiency in Korean for internal documentation and team collaboration.
  • Communication and Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to rapidly synthesize client requirements and provide clear, effective resolutions to technical problems.
  • Commitment to Process Improvement: Proven experience in structuring documentation or proposing solutions for recurring operational issues.

💡 Optional qualifications include

  • Technical Expertise: Solid grasp of SDKs, deep linking, and APIs; familiarity with attribution systems is highly advantageous.
  • Foundational knowledge of performance marketing or attribution methodologies.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
  • Practical experience in advertising, digital marketing, IT, or related industries, or equivalent project/internship experience.
