Job Description
INSEAD is seeking a Manager, Gift Processing to join our Advancement Operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or our Asia Campus in Singapore, with a hybrid working model (3 days on campus, 2 days remote).
About The Job
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations and as a member of the Gift Team, you play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant and donor-centric gift processing operations.
You contribute to enhancing the donor experience and giving journey by implementing best practices, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the team and the wider department. You also develop a strong understanding of the Gift Team’s operations to provide hands-on support during periods of high volume.
Working closely with the Development team and key internal and external stakeholders, you ensure that gifts are processed accurately, in compliance with internal policies, as well as legal and fiscal regulations.

Lead projects to develop INSEAD’s foundation network
Manage giving platforms operationally
Improve processes and documentation
Provide high level donor support
Execute special projects
