Performance & Insights Manager | Myhealth

Myhealth

Sydney

Description

At Myhealth, we're excited to introduce a newly created Performance & Insights Manager role that will play a key part in shaping how we use data to drive business performance across our growing network of medical centres.

This is a unique opportunity to build and influence the function from the ground up. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Workforce Planning and Technology teams, you'll have the autonomy to make the role your own, establish best-practice reporting and insights frameworks, and help drive smarter decision-making across the business.

About Myhealth

Here at MyHealth, we offer the best of both worlds: the strength and resources of a large organisation, paired with the warmth and community spirit of a locally owned practice. With over 100 practices across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, we have built an expansive, well-connected network of healthcare professionals — one that delivers the advantages of a large group without losing the close-knit culture that defines us.

About The Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced Performance & Insights Manager to join our growing leadership team at Myhealth. In this role you will be responsible for delivering reporting, analytics and business insights that support performance across Myhealth's clinic network. Working with leaders across the business, you'll help identify opportunities, solve problems and drive informed decision-making through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards and KPIs across the clinic network
  • Deliver regular operational, workforce and financial performance reporting
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers
  • Partner with Finance to monitor revenue, labour costs, profitability and operational efficiency
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
  • Monitor clinic performance and support operational improvement initiatives
  • Track outcomes of performance improvement projects and interventions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Finance, Workforce Planning and Technology teams
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in business intelligence, analytics, performance reporting, or a similar role
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and management reporting in a multi-site environment
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience within healthcare, primary care or another multi-site service industry
  • SQL, data modelling and advanced Power BI capability
  • Experience with workforce management, finance or operational systems
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, project management or continuous improvement methodologies

If you're someone who enjoys creating solutions, influencing stakeholders, and turning data into meaningful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
