The Head of Corporate Strategy supports the development and execution of the organization’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives. This role partners across functions to advance key strategic initiatives, support strategic planning processes, and drive alignment on enterprise priorities. This position plays a central role in translating strategic direction into actionable plans, coordinating cross‑functional efforts, and supporting leadership decision‑making through structured analysis and insights. Success is defined by effective execution of strategic initiatives, clear alignment across stakeholders, and measurable progress against key priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting strategic planning and enterprise initiatives within a complex organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred
- Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline).
- 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or operational strategy roles.
- Experience developing executive‑level presentations and strategic materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support development and refinement of organizational strategy and long‑range priorities in alignment with senior leadership.
- Lead coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across business and functional teams.
- Partner with leaders to assess strategic opportunities, risks, and priorities.
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Conduct market, competitive, and internal analyses to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Develop insights, presentations, and materials to support executive discussions and planning processes.
- Track and evaluate progress of strategic initiatives against defined objectives.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Partner across business units and functions to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and execution plans.
- Facilitate coordination across stakeholders to address dependencies, risks, and execution challenges.
Strategic Initiative Support
- Support evaluation and advancement of high‑priority initiatives, including new programs, capabilities, or opportunities.
- Assist in prioritization and resource alignment for key initiatives.
Communication & Governance
- Support preparation of strategic updates, materials, and communications for senior leadership.
- Promote clarity and consistency in strategic messaging across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and governance requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
