The People and Culture team at Massey University supports the University's goal of enabling excellence, by providing Massey people and our people leaders with practical and easily accessible human resource tools and support.

We have an ongoing, fulltime opportunities for a service-orientated administrator to join the Human Resources Administration Team.

The primary focus of this role is to provide support to various university client groups. This will include data entry, and other general HR administrative tasks. Client contact is predominantly via email and phone; therefore, exceptional communication and MS Office 365 skills will enable your achievement in this face paced environment.

Comprehensive training will be provided, however any previous HRIS, employment

agreement, payroll or generalist HR experience will be an advantage in applying.
