Description

We're looking for a proactive E-Commerce Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're organized, enjoy building online stores, and like taking ownership of projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Exceptional performance during the first month may lead to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Shopify stores and identify opportunities for improvement (training provided).
  • Launch new Shopify stores using our systems and templates (training provided).
  • Manage projects from setup through launch.
  • Improve website performance, user experience, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and virtual assistants.
  • Help improve workflows and business operations.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Shopify or e-commerce experience is preferred, but most Shopify-specific skills are not required—we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Bonus Skills

  • Google Merchant Center
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Basic SEO/CRO
  • Experience launching Shopify stores

Compensation

  • Part-time to start.
  • Competitive hourly pay plus a monthly performance bonus.
