1. About Our Client:

The organization specializes in turnkey installation of fiber optic and data center infrastructure, operating within the digital communications sector. It addresses the challenge of deploying advanced technology environments globally by providing comprehensive installation services that support critical infrastructure projects.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Scheduler plays a key role in planning and maintaining integrated project schedules for large-scale data center and fiber infrastructure programs. This position ensures project timelines are accurate, transparent, and aligned with contractual and organizational requirements, thereby supporting effective project delivery.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud and Primavera P6 throughout all project phases.

• Build and update activity logic, calendars, constraints, and codes according to scheduling standards.

• Support critical path analysis by identifying schedule drivers and sensitivities.

• Collect and validate schedule inputs from project stakeholders and incorporate updates.

• Maintain baseline and current schedules, documenting any changes.

• Update schedules with weekly progress and procurement status; perform quality checks and flag issues.

• Prepare schedule reports and visuals for stakeholders.

• Assist with variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

• Support reporting using MS Office and other platforms as directed.

• Participate in schedule review meetings; capture and follow up on action items.

• Integrate vendor and subcontractor schedules to maintain alignment with milestones.

• Maintain schedule documentation and audit trails.

• Assist with Earned Value Management and project controls reporting.

• Promote safety culture and maintain confidentiality.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Preferably 3+ years of project scheduling experience, ideally with EPC, construction, or mission-critical projects.

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud; strong MS Excel and Office skills.

• Familiarity with Critical Path Method scheduling concepts.

• Preferred certifications: PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE PSP, or progress toward certification.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, communication abilities, and capability to manage priorities.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
