Role Overview
We're looking for a Copywriter who can turn brand strategy and customer insight into copy that converts. You'll write the hooks, scripts, and messaging that power high-performing ads across Meta and TikTok. You'll act as both a creative voice and a performance-minded craftsperson, writing copy that's not just clever but built to win in-market. The best work here is measured by results, not just applause.
Responsibilities
- Write ad scripts, hooks, headlines, and on-screen copy for UGC video, static ads, and branded content.
- Translate brand positioning and customer research into clear messaging frameworks and angles.
- Tailor voice and tone to each client's brand while writing for performance across paid social.
- Develop multiple creative angles per brief, mapping copy to different audience awareness and sophistication levels.
- Partner with creative strategists, editors, and designers to ensure copy and visuals work as one.
- Iterate on copy based on performance data, hook/hold rates, and client feedback.
- Stay on top of platform trends, ad formats, and the language that's currently resonating in-market.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of copywriting experience (agency, DTC brand, or performance-creative experience preferred).
- A portfolio of ad copy, scripts, or short-form content that demonstrates range and results.
- Strong grasp of marketing, branding, and storytelling principles, especially for direct-response.
- Ability to write fast, take feedback well, and produce multiple variations without losing quality.
- Comfort thinking both creatively and analytically; you understand why an ad works, not just that it does.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs and brands at once.
