Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
✅ Manage lead generation and ensure regular site visits
✅ Support the team in achieving successful sales closures
✅ Review client activity and enhance customer satisfaction
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Prepare sales reports and provide business insights
✅ Handle and mentor a team of 10–12 members
