A client of Insight Global is a fast-growing wellness and longevity healthcare company focused on physician-guided care, prescription-based wellness solutions, and personalized diagnostics. Partnering with licensed U.S. physicians, trusted pharmacy partners, and leading diagnostic providers, this organization is Forbes Health–ranked and continues to expand rapidly across multiple health and wellness categories. We are seeking a highly creative, platform-native, and results-driven Social Media & Affiliate Manager to aggressively grow brand presence across Instagram and TikTok while supporting a thriving affiliate and creator ecosystem. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This is not a generic social media coordinator role.
We are looking for someone who deeply understands short-form content, audience psychology, hooks, retention, and engagement — and knows how to grow modern social accounts organically from the ground up. You will own the daily voice of this brand across all social channels and serve as a key point of contact for the affiliate and creator ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of social media management, community building, and strategic partnerships, requiring someone equally comfortable thinking strategically, analyzing performance, managing relationships, and executing day to day.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Produce, edit, and publish engaging short-form content tailored for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Create platform-native hooks, captions, content concepts, and engagement strategies
- Manage posting cadence and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, viral formats, and engagement opportunities
- Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate quickly based on results and platform behavior
- Stay current on emerging social trends, editing styles, platform changes, and content formats
- Build and nurture an engaged brand community across platforms
- Monitor brand sentiment and thoughtfully manage conversations in a regulated healthcare environment
- Triage and respond to inbound from creators, affiliates, and marketing partners
- Proactively prospect and reach out to relevant affiliates, influencers, and aligned brands
- Build briefs, coordinate handoffs, and track partner activity in collaboration with the Partnerships team
- Maintain a clean partner and affiliate CRM with clear ownership, status, and follow-through
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of full-time experience in social media management, community management, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing at a consumer, DTC, healthcare, wellness, media, or high-growth brand
- Demonstrated, verifiable experience growing social accounts — specifically on Instagram and TikTok (must be able to provide before/after follower counts and engagement metrics)
- Strong understanding of short-form content strategy and platform-native behavior across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Proven ability to create and edit content independently — hooks, captions, video editing, and publishing
- Strong writer with a sharp instinct for brand voice and audience engagement
- Highly organized — capable of managing content calendars, inbound communication, and multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting performance data and iterating quickly to improve outcomes
- Fluent in modern social media culture, trends, and platform algorithm behavior
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Bachelor's degree required from a strong academic institution — strong academic performance preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, longevity, or regulated consumer health industries
- Background in affiliate marketing program management— building, scaling, and optimizing affiliate ecosystems
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and creator relationship management tools
- Experience managing a partner or affiliate CRM
- Knowledge of Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts as growth channels in addition to Instagram and TikTok
- Prior experience at a DTC or subscription-based health/wellness brand
- Comfort working with licensed healthcare professionals or in a compliance-sensitive content environment
- Experience with paid social amplification of organic content
- Existing network of wellness, longevity, or health-adjacent creators and affiliates
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
