Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – AI & Automation to support data-driven initiatives through advanced analytics and automation solutions. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop automated reporting processes, and generate actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automated data workflows using Business Intelligence tools.
- Support AI and automation initiatives by preparing, validating, and analyzing data.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets, automation workflows, and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, or Azure Data Fundamentals are a plus.
