We're hiring experienced backend engineers across several teams within our Core Trading organisation, building the distributed systems that power order routing, execution, portfolio management, advisor workflows, institutional trading, and the core infrastructure behind our brokerage platform.
What You'll Be Working On
- Designing and building low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems that power financial markets.
- Developing backend services responsible for order management, trade execution, portfolio management, and transactional workflows.
- Building systems capable of processing millions of financial transactions with exceptional reliability and resilience.
- Improving scalability, observability and fault tolerance across critical trading infrastructure.
- Owning services end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and production support.
- Solving complex distributed systems challenges around concurrency, messaging, consistency and performance.
- Working alongside experienced engineers in a highly collaborative, fast-moving engineering culture.
