Overview

Our client is seeking a Director of Quality to lead and manage the quality function in a rapidly growing dietary supplement organization. This is a high-impact leadership offering the opportunity to build and shape quality systems in an entrepreneurial, non-corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality function and systems
  • Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 (dietary supplements)
  • Oversee and maintain GMP / GDP standards
  • Drive risk assessment and quality decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives
  • Focus on core quality responsibilities (not overloaded operationally)

Required Background

  • 5-10+ years in dietary supplement quality
  • Strong expertise in: 21 CFR Part 111GMP / GDP
  • 21 CFR Part 111
  • GMP / GDP
  • Experience managing or contributing to a quality system
  • Industry background: Dietary supplements (required)Pharma (acceptable)Medical devices (not preferred)
  • Dietary supplements (required)

  • Manufacturing exposure preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $160K-$175K (limited flexibility above)
  • Bonus Performance-based + Company Performance Based
