Via is supporting our client to recruit a Project Manager for a fully remote opportunity within a mission-driven healthcare technology organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives, managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering projects that genuinely improve customer outcomes.

Your Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead impactful projects while collaborating with stakeholders across a growing and customer-focused organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
• Building and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinating internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring project performance and ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Managing risks, dependencies and project issues proactively.
• Communicating project status, updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitating project meetings and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
• Delivering projects that align with business objectives while maintaining quality and budget expectations.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong project management expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally bring:

• At least three years of project management experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing customer-facing or internal business projects.
• The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The confidence to manage project risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Experience That Would Set You Apart:

• Formal project management training or certification.
• Exposure to recognised project management methodologies.
• Experience within healthcare, financial services or other regulated industries.
• Experience working within customer-centric organisations.
• Knowledge of process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
