At moonbird, we are looking for an ad creator who combines creative storytelling with cutting-edge AI creation. You will make statics and short-form videos that get people to stop scrolling and buy, alongside a small, fast-moving team on a mission to help people breathe, sleep and feel calmer.
✅ About you
- You are passionate about ads, both statics and short-form video (Meta, TikTok), that sell through storytelling.
- You are skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut) and in static and image editing (Canva, Figma or Photoshop).
- You have strong experience using AI tools for creative production, for example Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance and Veo 3.
- You understand ad psychology: hooks, emotion, product payoff and a clear call to action.
- You are constantly learning, testing and adapting to new trends.
- You love the mix of creativity and data.
- You are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and love collaborating with a fast-moving team.
- You write and speak excellent English.
- You have a few years of experience making ad creative, so this is not your first job and you can be onboarded quickly from a detailed brief.
🎯 What you will do
- Take our briefs and run with them: a hands-on, high-volume making role. We hand you the concept and the brief; you produce the ads.
- Create scroll-stopping static and video ads for Meta, and TikTok, from our briefs.
- Use AI tools to generate, enhance and remix creative faster and smarter.
- Edit UGC, product and lifestyle content into high-performing statics and videos.
- Turn one concept into several genuinely different variants, varying format, hook and angle.
- Collaborate with our creative strategist on concepts, testing and performance insights.
- Repurpose winning content across formats and our markets (US, Benelux, rest of Europe).
- Stay on top of AI and creative trends, and bring new possibilities to the team.
