Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £28,000-£34,800 plus uncapped commission with no threshold!

We are seeking charismatic candidates who have experience working within a recruitment agency in an account management setting, or an experienced account manager who has worked on successful accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders. The Role: Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own desk and be responsible for:

• Developing new business and selling recruitment services
• Stakeholder management
• Building relationships with councils and understanding their hiring needs
• Visiting clients and attending networking events
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing your candidate pool and database
• Meeting agreed KPIs and targets
• Working with sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Working Hours:

• Reduced hours in school holidays, (Typically between 4-6 hour shifts)
• Office based full time (Work from home days available after passing probation)
