Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The person in this role will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outbound outreach, and manage inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Daily activities include researching target accounts, setting up discovery calls, presenting GenAILabs’ AI and software solutions, and supporting the sales team in moving opportunities through the funnel. The Business Development Representative will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. This role works closely with sales leadership to meet activity and revenue targets while representing the company in a professional, consultative manner.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to conduct effective discovery calls, product discussions, and follow-ups.
  • Candidates should possess Business Development skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and support long-term growth.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to manage pipelines and track activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS, or technology services; prior B2B tech experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
