Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and support the company's growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles within the ISP, Telecommunications, or Technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, treasury management, cash flow optimization, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in developing financial strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive leadership team and Board.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements.
