Influencer & UGC Partnerships Assistant

Function: Creator Partnerships | Influencer Marketing | UGC Operations

Reports to: Partnerships Lead

Location: Remote Collaboration

Compensation: R36,000 - R40,000 per month depending on experience

Your Mission:

Source, manage, and coordinate creator partnerships that help Affluent and its clients produce high-performing UGC and influencer content at scale.

You won't simply be sending outreach messages or updating spreadsheets. Your role is to support the full creator campaign engine, from identifying the right creators and influencers, to managing communication, negotiating terms, coordinating logistics, chasing deliverables, supporting client updates, and ensuring content is delivered on time and to brief.

You will sit at the centre of Affluent's creator operations, helping campaigns move efficiently from sourcing and outreach through to product dispatch, content creation, revisions, and final delivery.

You will help source the right talent, build reliable creator relationships, manage the operational details, and make sure clients, creators, and internal teams always know what is happening next.

We specialise in Meta and Google ads, email marketing, and most importantly, social-first content that drives measurable results. With a newly built 2,200 sq ft content studio and a passionate team of marketers, editors, and strategists, we are scaling rapidly and looking for top-tier talent to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Sourcing & Strategy:

  • Independently source high-quality UGC creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Build creator shortlists aligned with client objectives, target audiences, campaign goals, and brand positioning
  • Present creator recommendations clearly and justify why specific creators are right for a campaign
  • Maintain and continuously expand creator databases, shortlists, and talent pools
  • Stay close to creator trends, emerging talent, platform changes, and what is performing across social-first content.

Creator Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Conduct creator outreach and manage communications from first contact through to campaign completion.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting requirements, Spark Ads requirements, and timelines where needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
  • Handle creator questions, campaign updates, revision requests, and follow-ups in a professional and timely way.
  • Chase content delivery, manage deadlines, and keep creators accountable to agreed timelines.

Campaign Management

  • Manage approximately 4-5 campaign pipelines simultaneously across multiple client brands.
  • Track campaign progress across sourcing, outreach, approvals, product dispatch, content creation, revisions, and delivery.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, creator databases, Google Sheets, internal documents, Notion boards, and supporting systems.
  • Coordinate product dispatches with clients and ensure creators receive products, information, and next steps on time.
  • Review creator submissions against campaign requirements, scripts, brand guidelines, and agreed deliverables.
  • Support the content revision process, making sure feedback is communicated clearly and followed through properly.

Client Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for clients throughout campaign execution where required.
  • Coordinate creator approvals, product shipments, campaign updates, and outstanding information with clients.
  • Attend client calls when needed and provide clear updates on campaign progress.
  • Help ensure every client has a professional, organised, and positive experience throughout the campaign.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle contracts, usage agreements, invoices, creator documentation, and supporting campaign admin.
  • Organise campaign assets, creator submissions, usage details, and internal folders so information is easy to access.
  • Identify process improvements that increase campaign efficiency, creator output, and operational clarity.
  • Support the Partnerships Lead by taking ownership of operational tasks, campaign administration, and day-to-day delivery details.

Content Creation & Creative Input

  • Create UGC-style content when opportunities arise.
  • Provide creative input on creator scripts, content concepts, hooks, formats, and social-first ideas.
  • Understand what makes high-performing creator content work across paid social and organic social environments.

  • Keep multiple campaign pipelines organised without losing track of deadlines, deliverables, or details.
  • Use Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, Slides, and similar tools to maintain accurate campaign systems.
  • Review creator content against briefs, scripts, campaign requirements, and client expectations.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and creators, including when chasing information, feedback, or content delivery.
  • Work independently, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of campaign outcomes.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, talent management, or a related role.
  • Experience conducting creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiations.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, creators, deadlines, or project workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, UGC, and creator-led content.
  • Previous agency experience.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising, whitelisting, Spark Ads, usage rights, and paid media creative requirements
  • Experience reviewing creator content and providing clear, constructive feedback.
  • Existing relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, or agencies
  • Experience creating UGC content yourself.
  • Familiarity with creator management tools, CRM systems, and campaign management workflows.
