res.

- Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into technical sol
utions- Design clean, maintainable, and well-documented APIs used by engineering teams and third-party integr
ations- Lead architectural design discussions and guide technical direction across backend s
ystems- Review pull requests and provide technical guidance on implementation decisions across th
e team- Develop and support Airflow data pipelines using Python DAGs for real-time and batch proc
essing

rements
- 7+ years of backend engineering ex
perience- 3+ years writing production Go
(Golang)- Experience designing and operating distributed systems on GCP or similar cloud
platform- Demonstrated ability to design clean, maintainable REST and g
RPC APIs- Experience writing and maintaining Airflow DAGs in Python or similar pipeline
tooling- Experience building and operating batch jobs and event-driven systems using Kafka or similar message streaming p
latforms- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and service de
ployment- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
Actions- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL d
atabases- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with product and engineeri
ng teams
