We are a boutique agency seeking an innovative, culturally fluent Social Media Manager to lead strategy, content planning, and day-to-day social execution across our portfolio of amazing clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands brand storytelling, community building, trend awareness, and performance-driven thinking. We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, helping brands show up authentically and effectively across platforms.

As part of a nimble agency team, you’ll work closely with creative, strategy, and account services in order to shape content that is relevant, timely, and aligned with the overall brand goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Build and maintain content calendars across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Write, edit, and publish social content aligned with each brand’s voice and objectives
  • Partner with creative team to concept and execute campaigns
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts to identify timely opportunities
  • Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction where applicable
  • Use paid media to optimize content performance
  • Track and report on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations
  • Help shape influencer collaborations, and live/event social coverage as needed

Need to have:

  • 3–5 years of social media experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of platform strategy, audience behavior, and content best practices
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone across brands and industries
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with scheduling platforms like Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, or similar
  • A strong pulse on culture, trends, and what performs organically

Good to have:

  • B2B social strategy experience (especially LinkedIn)
  • Automotive, tech, or consumer brand experience
  • Paid social experience
  • Content production or shoot experience
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or personal brands
