This role is responsible for leading and scaling our clients influencer marketing program, combining hands-on campaign execution with strategic oversight. The Influencer Marketing Lead will manage agency and creator partnerships, drive high-impact campaigns, and continuously refine the program using performance insights and cultural trends to increase brand relevance, trust, and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or social media marketing
Proven experience managing influencer programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting
Experience working with agency partners and managing external vendors
Strong understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and emerging trends
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, analytics, and creative teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Experience driving measurable business results through influencer campaigns
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own and execute our clients influencer/creator marketing program across organic and paid channels
Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer marketing agency partners
Develop detailed campaign briefs in collaboration with the Director of Content Marketing and internal stakeholders
