For over 35 years McClaren, Wilson & Lawrie, Inc. (MWL) has specialized in the planning and design of civic architecture; specifically for public safety and the forensic sciences.

We are not a traditional architectural practice. Our projects are all highly technical. Our work is almost entirely by referral.

We are seeking candidates to work in our Phoenix, Arizona office.

Role Description

We seek architects who think conceptually. We seek individuals that thrive in working side-by-side with colleagues and clients.

We emphasize work/life balance.

Periodic travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience in governmental and civic architecture would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Candidate to be licensed (or nearing licensure)
