Outside Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist
100% Remote | 3+ Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate functions with the bulk of that being in Outside Sales along with Marketing, and other professional positions. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with an initial duration of at least three months and the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. Position pays up to $50.00 per hour and comes with full benefits including PTO, paid holidays, and health insurance.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, source top talent, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where communication, organization, and follow-through are critical to success. Hiring managers expect regular updates throughout the recruiting process, so you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, providing market insights, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
