Robert Half is looking for an Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Specialist to support a fast-paced marketing team through email campaign production, audience segmentation, and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) execution. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone experienced in high-volume, ticket-driven environments who can build, test, and deploy campaigns with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute email campaigns and templates within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Develop responsive email layouts using HTML/CSS to ensure strong rendering across desktop and mobile devices
- Create and refine email drafts for stakeholder review, incorporating feedback prior to deployment
- Execute campaigns based on incoming requests within a structured, ticket-driven workflow
- Manage email assets including images, graphics, and layout formatting
- Build and maintain audience lists in Pardot, including segmentation based on engagement, demographics, and user data
- Perform data cleanup and contact management within Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to launch targeted campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
- Support landing page and web updates using HTML/CSS and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM
- Strong HTML/CSS skills, particularly for email development and troubleshooting
- Experience building responsive email templates across device
- Proven ability in campaign execution, audience segmentation, and list management
- Comfortable working within a structured, high-volume, ticketing workflow
- Strong attention to detail, especially with formatting and asset management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaign
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and recommend optimization
- Familiarity with content management systems and landing page updates is a plus
