About the Role

DUSK is a design and fabrication studio offering custom furniture, millwork, and spaces. We're hiring for a six-month paid internship, four days a week, with flexible scheduling. Primary responsibilities are related to operational upkeep: tidying the shop, running errands, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. But if you show up with good energy and sharp eyes, you'll also get real, hands-on time learning fabrication from committed and intentional craftspeople.

  • $20/hour
  • 4 days/week, flexible schedule
  • 6-month position
  • On-site in Los Angeles, CA

Requirements

  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Curiosity about learning a craft
  • Clear, reliable communication: you respond, ask questions, and follow through
  • Positive attitude about the full range of work, including the mundane parts
  • Valid driver's license and car

No woodworking experience required. What matters to us is a genuine interest in understanding how things are made and why they're made the way they are.
