Our client is a rapidly growing, well-funded consulting partner with successful operations across Europe and established alliances with Microsoft, Databricks and AWS.
Skills / Experience
- Demonstrated ability to sell Databricks solutions, preferably in a consulting or partner context
- Strong network and familiarity with Databricks and its partner ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Databricks use cases, including analytics, AI, and data migrations
- History of building sales pipeline independently and achieving new business targets
- Clear communicator who can articulate technical value and drive client engagement
- Comfortable forming and leveraging relationships with Databricks and other strategic partners
- Experience selling consulting or data platform services within the US
- Able to travel to client sites, conferences & face-to-face meetings with Databricks representatives
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Databricks sales across the US market
- Create and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Databricks practice
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with Databricks, Microsoft, and AWS
- Identify and win new enterprise and mid-market clients
- Act as the Databricks champion at industry events and in client engagements
- Work closely with technical teams and leadership to ensure delivery excellence
- Report directly to executive leadership, advising on business direction and sales expansion
- Recruit and mentor additional sales talent as the US business scales
