Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major local payroll implementation project. Working closely with the Country Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of the local payroll rollout. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll, systems implementation, and project coordination to contribute to a high-profile transformation programme.

Duration: July/August 2026 – January 2027

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring local payroll rollout activities.
  • Maintain and track the local project schedule, monitoring key milestones and escalating potential delays.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse, and report on project data, risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely escalation where required.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of local cutover activities, including documentation and communications.
  • Ensure adherence to local project governance and alignment with the wider programme governance framework.
  • Perform administrative and operational activities to support the Country Project Manager.
  • Extract and analyse data from payroll or HR systems.
  • Validate system and user acceptance testing (UAT) results.
  • Provide business input during the solution design phase.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding local business and content-related matters.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on payroll, HR, or ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll system implementations.
  • Experience supporting project delivery within structured project management environments.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience with system testing, test validation, and UAT support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation tools.
