We are building an AI-powered Design Copilot for Data Centers that automates engineering design workflows using AI, BIM, and CAD technologies.

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Engineer to build the core product platform — including backend systems, CAD integrations, data models, APIs, and validation engines.
Job Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services and APIs powering the AI design platform.
- Develop integrations with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and CAD workflows.
- Design systems to maintain synchronization between AI outputs, 3D models, and engineering data.
- Build rule engines to validate power, cooling, redundancy, and compliance constraints.
- Develop infrastructure for real-time collaboration, versioning, and design updates.
- Optimize performance for large design models and complex engineering workflows.
- Work closely with AI Engineers to productionize AI-driven design recommendations.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in backend development using Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, APIs, and databases.
- Experience designing scalable platforms handling complex structured data.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, caching, event-driven systems, and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and product ownership mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, or CAD systems.
- Experience in Construction / AEC / Data Center domain.
- Knowledge of geometry engines, spatial computing, or 3D visualization.
- Experience in startup or founding engineering teams.
