Signify (signifyapp.com) is a Georgian-born tech startup redefining how contracts are signed and managed. We are currently the market leader in Georgia and are embarking on a focused expansion into the EU. We are looking for a highly motivated and value-driven Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and understanding customer business needs.
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure smooth platform adoption and value realization.
  • Provide ongoing support, effectively troubleshooting challenges and delivering timely solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and conduct regular "health checks" to drive retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams to continuously enhance the product.
  • Share product updates and present regular reports on key customer success metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid technical background; practical experience or a strong understanding of AI tools and technologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to address customer needs and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while managing a portfolio of customers;
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) and customer success tools.
  • Proficiency in Georgian and English is essential for effective communication with customers and global teams.

Work Conditions & Benefits

  • Location: On-site (40 Shartava St, Saburtalo, Tbilisi);
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
