👉 Your missions?
- Lead and coordinate complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Manage multi-market and cross-functional project rollouts, coordinating parallel workstreams and distributed teams.
- Identify project risks and dependencies proactively, defining mitigation plans and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align project objectives and priorities.
- Monitor project progress through regular reporting, KPIs, and governance meetings, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and roadmap management.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting best practices in project management and delivery.
- Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage activities, documentation, and reporting.
✍️ Your profile?
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager managing complex IT projects.
- Proven experience delivering multi-market or international projects with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
- Fluent English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2 or above).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.

💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency
- Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 29.000 – EUR 60,000).
- Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
