Delivery Lead – Regulatory Remediation & Redress
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a major regulatory remediation and customer redress programme within a leading financial services organisation.
This role will lead the Change Management function, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and ensuring successful execution of a complex, high-profile regulatory programme. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business while managing a small team responsible for delivering key change activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of delivery across multiple programme workstreams.
- Manage a team of change professionals, business analysts and release specialists.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring dependencies, risks and milestones are effectively managed.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans and business change activities.
- Prepare governance materials, programme reporting and documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with business, operations, governance, technology and risk teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Support release planning and implementation across the programme.
- Drive successful delivery within a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
About You
You'll be an experienced programme or project delivery professional with a track record of delivering large-scale regulatory remediation, redress or operational change programmes within financial services.
You'll demonstrate:
- Strong programme and project governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to influence across multiple business functions and build consensus.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
- Confidence operating with senior leadership while remaining hands-on when required.
- The ability to manage changing priorities and deliver at pace.
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering regulatory remediation or customer redress programmes.
- Financial services experience within a regulated environment.
- Exposure to business change, governance or release management.
- Experience supporting regulator-driven programmes and complex operational change.
