Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally across in-store, phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct proactive outreach to VIP customers to strengthen relationships and provide personalized assistance.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare basic reports using Excel
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Major plus point, if you speak Russian or French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Courteous, patient, and customer-focused.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using computers and customer service systems.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
