Job Description:

Role Overview

Looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to lead our Microsoft Fabric–led Data & AI GTM. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on presales, co-sell with Microsoft, and enterprise solutioning.

You will drive Fabric-first data modernization, AI-led transformation, and agentic AI solutions, working closely with Microsoft sellers and enterprise clients to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Fabric-Led Presales & Solutioning

• Lead discovery, solution workshops, and POVs for Fabric-based data & AI transformations
• Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data stack
• Drive modernization (legacy BI → Fabric/Power BI) and AI-enabled data platforms
• Own RFPs, solution design, estimates, and technical storytelling

Microsoft Co-Sell & GTM

• Partner with Microsoft field teams and Sales on co-sell pursuits
• Drive Assessment → POV → Fabric Expansion motion
• Focus on SMB/SMC segment for faster deal velocity
• Position CloudMoyo as a Fabric-first AI transformation partner

Data → AI → Agentic Execution

• Design solutions across:
• Unified data platforms (Fabric)
• AI-ready analytics and semantic models
• Agentic AI workflows, copilots, and real-time intelligence
• Link solutions to business KPIs (cost, revenue, productivity, risk)

Thought Leadership

• Build reusable accelerators and solution playbooks
• Represent CloudMoyo in Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Copilot conversations
• Mentor presales teams and strengthen solutioning discipline

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Microsoft solution architecture / presales
• Deep expertise in:
• Microsoft Fabric (must-have)
• Azure Data (ADF, Synapse, Data Engineering)
• Power BI (enterprise analytics, semantic modeling)
• Strong experience in:
• Data modernization & BI migration (e.g., Tableau → Power BI)
• Designing AI-driven data platforms
• Exposure to: Agentic AI, LLMs, Copilot, Fabric IQ
• Proven track record in: RFPs, POVs, and executive presentations
• Strong stakeholder communication (“Microsoft & CIO speak”)

Preferred:

• Microsoft certifications (DP-600, DP-700, Azure Architect)
• Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs
• Exposure to industry AI/data solutions

Success Metrics (6–9 Months)

• Wins Fabric-led deals (POV → scale)
• Builds Microsoft co-sell pipeline
• Establishes repeatable Fabric + AI solution plays
• Becomes trusted architect for Microsoft field & customers

Work with global innovation teams in Pune. Travel to US/ Canada/Mexico / India as needed

Pay Scale:

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Annual Compensation:

Base: $175K

Variable: $50K(uncapped)

OTE: $225K
